We've had this special pan for years. We love it--it makes it easy to make a gingerbread house. Bake two of one side and one of the other and you've got it ready to put together.
What great fun! We love Christmas cookie baking over here too.
I have tried to email you, and the special needs list, but my notes don't seem to be getting through :-( Anyway, will be thinking of you all during your trip to Cincy.
