We had more Protestants than Catholics at the rally in Greenville, because they saw the big picture. Once one institution violates its conscience or cedes its institution to government control (look at recent history, it's not like it hasn't happened before), then it's just a matter of time before the government picks another issue & targets another faith.

It would have been so easy to grant an exemption to all religious institutions, but that would have gone against their true goal. They want the Church (and eventually all churches) out of the business of social services. They want to replace "freedom of religion" with "freedom of worship", which ,eans you have a right to practice your faith, but it better be behind closed doors where no one else can see or hear you.Mom2wildonesnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5844719118019933348.post-14390984293957124652012-05-22T00:22:13.508-04:002012-05-22T00:22:13.508-04:00God said be "fruitful and multiply," no...God said be "fruitful and multiply," not "be fruitful and multiply, except when inconvenient." This man cannot be allowed to be a pastor and be in a position to bring people away from the teachings of the Church he vowed to support and defend. Please, please turn him in and don't stop until he gets some kind of discipline. It is sickening enough that that kind of attitude would exist anywhere, but with a priest who should be 100% against the mandate, as his Church tells him to. Absolutely disheartening...Lisa Boylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12584089495171423348noreply@blogger.com
